At MediaFast, we provide the best quality and a full warranty on video brochures. Our business model is to offer the best products, prices, advice, and customer service at all times. If something we sell doesn’t work like it should, we will fix or replace it right away.
Our warranty is a full warranty, not a limited warranty
From what we know, we are the only company in our industry to offer a full warranty on everything we sell… And it’s not a limited warranty.
According to FindLaw, just because a consumer product comes with a warranty doesn’t mean it will definitely be fixed or replaced with no questions asked if something goes wrong with it. Some warranties only cover certain parts or defects. Also, some expire after a specific period of time. For consumers to find out what kind of warranty comes with a product, it’s usually specified on labeling or paperwork that comes with it.
Any company that offers a full warranty must repair or replace the product during a specified warranty period. Federal and some state laws mandate that if a company plans to fix a product covered by warranty, it must be done within a reasonable amount of time. It must also be reasonably convenient for the consumer to get the item to and from the place where it will be repaired. Typically, this is handled through the mail or a private parcel delivery service. At the same time, a full warranty does not usually cover normal wear and tear. Nor does it cover cases where evidence shows a product was not sensibly cared for or was mistreated.
A limited warranty means coverage is limited to just specific parts, certain types of defects, or other conditions. Since it can mean virtually anything a retailer chooses, it is important for consumers to completely understand the meaning of “limited” when buying a product. As well, a limited warranty usually only covers parts and not the labor required to fully repair something. It also may include a stipulation that the manufacturer and the consumer split the cost of repairs.
We only use brand new, Grade A components
The electronic components in video brochures are the same electronic components that are mass produced for cell phones. As specifications and qualities of individual components change, there are effects on video brochures as well. Therefore, sometimes recycled or refurbished components are used by some factories. However, by choice, the factories we use make all of our products with only brand new, Grade A components.
The following is from Amy Hafen, owner of MediaFast:
“There is a huge market for recycled or refurbished electronic components and many video brochure suppliers have decided to use recycled or refurbished components to reduce their costs per unit. However, we decided that is not a path we want to follow.”
“Every product we produce is made with only brand new, Grade A components. This includes screens, batteries, motherboards, memory, speakers, USB fittings, headphone jacks, etc. We feel the increased price of high quality electronic components is the only option that will completely satisfy our clients.”
“In our opinion, the risk of using substandard components in our products is too great. We value our clients. Their brands and the messages are far too important to risk delivering with low quality products. Increasing profits by selling products made with less than brand new, Grade A components is not a practice we could feel good about following. As a result, MediaFast does not use any recycled or refurbished components, ever!”
To clarify, we have nothing against recycling. In fact, we recycle video brochures—click this link to learn more: MediaFast Recycles Video Brochures. It’s just that product performance and customer satisfaction mean a great deal to us and the horror stories we’ve heard from users who have had video marketing products malfunction at the worst possible times due to faulty components is something we strive to prevent.
You can feel confident buying from MediaFast
As stated in the beginning, our business model is to offer the best products, prices, advice, and customer service at all times. If something we sell doesn’t work like it should, we will fix or replace it right away.
With that in mind, it only makes sense to offer a full warranty on our video brochures. We know how much of an impact they can make, and whether or not they produce the best ROI hinges on them working like they should when they’re being used.

Having owned an advertising magazine in Utah, I’ve worked in marketing for over twenty years.
I started writing for MediaFast in 2014. The first time I held one of their video brochures, I thought something like, “Wow! This blows away our magazine and any other print advertising I’ve ever seen. This is like a TV commercial, and I’m holding it in my hands. Amazing!”
Since then, video brochures, video mailers and video boxes have become leaders in marketing performance. It’s a privilege to write about them. I also love MediaFast—with its top-notch product quality, industry leading customer service, and all of the wonderful people I get to work with.
