If something isn’t right in a video marketing product purchased from us, we will fix or replace it right away. The only exception is that if the problem was caused by normal wear and tear or if evidence shows the product was not sensibly cared for or was mistreated.
Also, to increase versatility for our customers, we do not lock the video content on the video marketing products we sell. Without charging extra, we load the initial videos given to us by our customers onto each unit and then leave them unlocked so they can change them whenever they want.
