How To Change Video Content

Simple process with a Mac or PC

How to Load Your Video

Video files must be .MP4, .MOV, or .AVI (not HEIC or HEVC) and be formatted for the aspect ratio and resolution corresponding with the screen size in the video brochure or video box

Step 1

Plug brochure into computer using the provided USB-C cable. It should function similar to a thumb drive or other external memory.

Step 2

If the device does not automatically pop up, locate it in your Windows Explorer and double click to open the “Video” folder.

Step 3

Locate your video file(s) on your PC and drag desired video file(s) into the “Video” folder.

Step 4

Confirm video file name starts with a number “01”, “02”, “03,” etc., corresponding with the order in which it should play.

Step 5

If additional file name information is included, a space must follow the number, ie. “01 Video”

Step 6

Delete any unwanted video files so they won't be included.

Step 7

Safely disconnect the USB-C device from computer by clicking on eject first for safety.

Step 8

Open brochure to test video function.
