A frequently asked question in this industry is “Do you offer a warranty on video brochures?” Our quick answer is yes, yes we do.
We view our customers as partners and we believe they should receive the best of all we have to offer. We always make it our highest priority to deliver the best products, price, advice, and customer service at all times. If something we sell doesn’t work as it should, we will fix or replace it right away.
MediaFast is the only company to offer a full warranty
From what we know, we are the only company to offer a full warranty on video brochures. Our competitors offer what they call a “limited warranty” and go on to specify time frames (usually 30 days) with other stipulations like “may offer replacement or repair”. The word “may” really stands out, and quality components in electronics should last longer than 30 days if they are handled with reasonable and sensible care in our opinion.
Understandably, if someone breaks a video brochure and evidence clearly shows it was mistreated or not sensibly cared for, then the cost falls back on them to replace it. However, if any component is defective or simply stops working on a video brochure we sold, we’ll fix or replace it, and our time frame is much longer than 30 days. MediaFast only uses brand new, Grade A components
The electronic components used in video brochures are produced in mass for cell phones. As specifications and qualities of individual components change for cell phones, the same thing happens to all of the components used to make video brochures. As changes in components occur, the quality of components used to make video brochures differ from factory to factory.
