A frequently asked question in this industry is “Do you offer a warranty on video brochures?” Our quick answer is yes, yes we do.
We view our customers as partners and we believe they should receive the best of all we have to offer. We always make it our highest priority to deliver the best products, price, advice, and customer service at all times. If something we sell doesn’t work as it should, we will fix or replace it right away.
MediaFast is the only company to offer a full warranty
From what we know, we are the only company to offer a full warranty on video brochures. Our competitors offer what they call a “limited warranty” and go on to specify time frames (usually 30 days) with other stipulations like “may offer replacement or repair”. The word “may” really stands out, and quality components in electronics should last longer than 30 days if they are handled with reasonable and sensible care in our opinion.
Understandably, if someone breaks a video brochure and evidence clearly shows it was mistreated or not sensibly cared for, then the cost falls back on them to replace it. However, if any component is defective or simply stops working on a video brochure we sold, we’ll fix or replace it, and our time frame is much longer than 30 days. (For a specific time frame on a warranty for any of our marketing products, please contact us.)
MediaFast only uses brand new, Grade A components
The electronic components used in video brochures are produced in mass for cell phones. As specifications and qualities of individual components change for cell phones, the same thing happens to all of the components used to make video brochures. As changes in components occur, the quality of components used to make video brochures differ from factory to factory.
The following is from Amy Hafen, owner of MediaFast:
“There is a huge market for recycled or refurbished electronic components and many video brochure suppliers have decided to use recycled or refurbished components to reduce their costs per unit. However, we decided that is not a path we want to follow.”
“In our opinion, the risk of using substandard components in our products is too great. We value our clients. Their brands and the messages they use video brochures to deliver are far too important to risk delivering with low quality products. Increasing profits by selling products made with less than brand new, Grade A components is not a practice we could feel good about following. As a result, MediaFast does not use any recycled or refurbished components, ever!”
“Every product we produce is made with only brand new, Grade A components. This includes screens, batteries, motherboards, memory, speakers, USB fittings, headphone jacks, etc. We feel the increased price of high quality electronic components is the only option that will completely satisfy our clients.”
The best quality and a full warranty – unbeatable!
We are determined to stay on the cutting-edge of technology, and offering the best quality in everything we offer is a key part of our company philosophy.
With that in mind, it only makes sense to offer a full warranty on our video brochures to customers who purchase them from us.
We know what it takes to design, print, manufacture, mail, and deliver the best video brochures possible. We also know when to cut corners and definitely when not to cut corners to help our clients save money. Our resources are exceptional, and we don’t overcharge.
Having owned an advertising magazine in Utah, I’ve worked in marketing for over twenty years.
I started writing for MediaFast in 2014. The first time I held one of their video brochures, I thought something like, “Wow! This blows away our magazine and any other print advertising I’ve ever seen. This is like a TV commercial, and I’m holding it in my hands. Amazing!”
Since then, video brochures, video mailers and video boxes have become leaders in marketing performance. It’s a privilege to write about them. I also love MediaFast—with its top-notch product quality, industry leading customer service, and all of the wonderful people I get to work with.
